Twisty Rider LLC - Return / Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us via email or through direct messaging on your favorite social media platform. Our goal is to get you riding as soon as possible!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards that have already been redeemed are non-returnable.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Additionally, contact information that was provided during the original transaction may be needed so the proper transaction can be located.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, and do not ship the item anywhere until instructed to do so.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely manner.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you feel you did not receive your refund as you should have…

First - check your bank account one more time.

Then - contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next - contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email (info@twistyrider.com) or through direct messaging on your favorite social media platform.

 

Exchanges:

If something isn’t right, please let us know!  If an item needs to be exchanged for some reason, send us an email (info@twistyrider.com) or contact us through direct messaging on your favorite social media platform.  Our goal is to get you back on the road as soon as possible!

 

If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, we’ll provide you the proper information throughout the process and make all attempts to make it as painless as possible!
